This was a mythological redesign of the Marvel hero, Nova, for SHCC. It was a collaboration between my boyfriend, Justin and myself. He designed it, I added to the design and sketched the image out, he inked it, and I finished it digitally. The mythological context we tried to place him in was making him into a sort of Baphomet figure.

This was for my Illustration 5 class, we were supposed to draw what is missing from our portfolio and I kind of ended up doing something that I would really like to pursue. It's very Florian Bertmer/John Baizley inspired while still maintaining my own style. |

To those whom I owe commissions/shit: I will get to them ASAP! I'm back at school and I'm letting my roommate use my computer to finish up his comic, so I haven't really been at it. I'm sad I didn't get to color this guy...I got a lil color on him but trashed it since I didn't get to finish it all in time. I don't know if I'll go back and finish him, I'll wait a few days to see if I do, but I don't want to get behind on the future entries or commissions. |

I'm just pimpin' the Catwomen redesigns over at Superhero Coco because they are AMAZING and a couple of them are now my favorite artworks by the respective artists. Derrick Dent and Jemma Salume contributed this time around, and all of the regulars from the Wonder Woman redesign submitted as well.
